Families

We at St. George's want everyone to feel welcome, from the oldest to the very youngest. We offer a staffed Nursery, and a strong children's program, where children spend some of their time at Sunday School, and some of their time in the church with their families.

We're also thrilled to be offering a program for youth in grades 7 - 12, under the leadership of our new Youth Minister, Kendra Kovats.

Programs for Children and Youth

Nursery

Sitting in church can be very difficult for a small child! So at St. George's we provide a nursery for children up to and including 3 years of age. The nursery is staffed every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m by a caring, experienced university student. There are toys and games to occupy busy toddlers. Babies are also welcome and receive close attention. We have a crib and playpen available.

Sunday School

Sunday School is offered in conjunction with the 10:00 worship service from September to June, for children Preschool (age 3) to Grade 6. Our Sunday School Page has all the details of our program. Come on out and give us a try! New friends are always welcome!

Youth Group

Youth Minister Kendra Kovats is leading our new Youth Group for all youth in grades 7 to 12. This program takes place during the 10:00 worship time, with additional evening/weekend activities.

Little Dragon Summer Day Camp

Little Dragon Day Camp is a Faith based summer day camp where the focus is on treating everyone with respect and acceptance. The children learn to understand that each one of us has gifts and talents that God has blessed us with.

This year at Camp Little Dragon we will get ready to experience the most amazing community get-together under the sun with "Baobab Blast" with Faye the Zebra, Amy the Monkey, Bud the Elephant, Sam the Meerkat & Jonathan the Giraffe. Find out more...
